Terms & Conditions

This agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions associated with HR For The Culture and its services. These terms and conditions govern all preceding events and communications. You are hereby agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you object to any of the Terms and Conditions described below do not continue.

 

Payment Terms

Before HR For The Culture begins work a non-refundable fee for the first month of service is required for ongoing services and half or full payment, depending on what is agreed upon, is due for projects. It will be secured and will be offset against your final invoice upon project completion, if applicable. All payments shall be made in United States dollars. 

 

HR For The Culture will invoice you in the following ways based on the services obtained: .

Ongoing Services:

HR For The Culture will provide the Client an invoice for payment on a monthly basis.

The Client will reimburse the HR For The Culture for pre-approved expenses, with exception to recruiting expenses, which are billed separately and agreed upon in advance, provided the expenses are supported by original receipts/invoices.

  • Expenses specific to recruiting under $100 per month and/or totaling up to $100 per month will not require pre-approval and will be reimbursed per the previous sentence. Any expenses specific to recruiting over $100.01 and/or cause the monthly recruiting reimbursement to total more than $100.01 per month will require pre-approval, provided all expenses are supported by original receipts/invoices.

  • Parking, mileage and travel time to and from the Client premises will not be reimbursable unless HR For The Culture’s in person attendance is required by the Client.

  • Fees and expenses related to required travel to the Client’s regional office(s) will be mutually agreed-upon by both Parties once the details of such travel are known.

 

Project Services:

HR For The Culture will provide the Client an invoice for the full amount or 50% of the project fee, depending on which is agreed upon between HR For The Culture and the Client. Full payment of said invoice is to be paid prior to any work commencing.

If the Client is under a partial payment schedule the subsequent payments are to be paid on the agreed upon schedule.  

 

In the event of overdue payment, a $25 late fee will be added to the invoice at the point of being 5 calendar days past due. If invoice is not paid as of the 10th calendar day past the invoice due date, the late payment is considered a breach of contract entitling HR For The Culture to suspend work or cancel the contract. Any changes to the approved Project Scope document are subject to additional fees and deadline extensions.

 

Refund Policy
At J.V.P. Legacy LLC, doing business as HR For the Culture & When Faith Meets Strategy, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality of services and digital products. Our team puts in significant time and effort in curating and developing each offering. Due to the nature of our services and digital products, we maintain a strict "no refund" policy.
 

Policy Details
All Sales are Final: Please be aware that all sales of services and digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any purchases.

Clear Communication: This policy is prominently displayed on our website and at the point of purchase to ensure that all customers are aware of it before completing a transaction.
 

Quality Assurance:  We stand by the quality of our services and digital products. If you encounter any issues or have concerns about the service or product you have received, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team to assist you.

Exceptions to the Policy: In exceptional circumstances where a refund may be considered, it will be at the sole discretion of J.V.P. Legacy LLC, dba HR For the Culture & When Faith Meets Strategy.
 

Legal Compliance: This refund policy complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of New Jersey.

Warranties

HR For The Culture services are provided without any warranties, express or implied. Any warranty implied by statute or law is excluded to the maximum extent permitted.

 

Responsibilities Of The Client

In order for HR For The Culture to provide its services effectively the client shall be solely responsible for the following:

  • Providing and/or approving relevant and appropriate copy

  • Providing all necessary sales and marketing information applicable to the project

  • Cooperate with respect to the efforts made by HR For The Culture to:

    • Project Specifics

 

Confidentiality

Both parties, HR For The Culture and the client, assume the responsibility of complete confidentiality at all times. They will not disclose or permit the disclosure of, any confidential information including, but not limited to, marketing, sales, techniques, ideas, information, or data to a third party without prior written consent, excluding information in the public domain.

 

Liability

HR For The Culture will provide its services to you in a professional and workmanlike manner. Under no circumstances is HR For The Culture or its employees, officers, directors, or affiliates liable for any losses due to delay in service deliverables, where the delay is because of unforeseen, natural, or ungovernable causes. HR For The Culture will not be liable to you for indirect, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special liability under the law of contract, torts, or otherwise. Losses include, but are not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, reputations, [Example], [Example], and [Example]. If you are advised on potential losses the limitations of liability still apply.

 

Severability

If any provisions are deemed by a court or other competent authority invalid, unlawful, or for any other reason unenforceable under applicable law it shall be deemed severable and will not impact or affect the validity or enforceability for the remaining provisions. Any invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable provisions will be deemed as such and deleted, the rest of the provisions will continue to remain in effect.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by construed in accordance with New Jersey Laws. Any disputes between the client and HR For The Culture will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [Jurisdiction] for the resolution of any aforementioned disputes.

 

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with any other legal notices or disclaimers posted, constitute the entire agreement between you and HR For The Culture. The most current version supersedes all previous agreements. HR For The Culture reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time they see fit. Accepting this agreement constitutes your formal acceptance of all updated Terms and Conditions and it is up to you to monitor and check for updates. Should you change your mind and object to any of the provisions we ask that you contact your representative and discontinue use immediately.
