Here’s What We’re About

“Sometimes we are blessed with being able to choose the time, and the arena, and the manner of our revolution, but more usually we must do battle where we are standing.”

                                                                                -Audre Lorde

We are committed to eradicating this dichotomy.

HR For the Culture works with Black-owned, women-led businesses to provide a full spectrum of human resources services that help their small business operate in the same capacity as large corporations to attract exceptional talent and experience growth.

Oftentimes our most talented melanated professionals are forced to choose between comprehensive benefits packages and competitive pay at large corporations–where they’re treated poorly and are hired to fulfill a diversity metric–versus inferior benefits and pay at Black-owned businesses where they feel appreciated and make a direct impact on their community.

We believe our work is revolutionary because our strategy focuses on the creation and management of processes which, in turn, help business owners earn more money that can then be used to hire more people from their community.

Our services include:

  • Full service staffing

  • Onboarding

  • Offboarding

  • Team integration

  • Leadership Training

  • Policies and procedures

  • And much, much more!
